Growing Up / Getting Old

It’s Elliot’s birthday tomorrow: my little boy will be seventeen. SEVENTEEN! When your son has a deep voice, is taller than you and talking about taking driving lessons, you know you’ve reached one of life’s milestones. What’s next after this one? Coming home drunk, getting arrested, experimenting with drugs? But enough about me.

My boy’s becoming a man, and I feel like I’m becoming an old man.

Happy Birthday for tomorrow Elliot, and stop all this growing up nonsense!
